With over 15 years in the design industry, I’ve honed my skills in understanding users, designing intuitive products, and guiding organizations to refine their strategies and achieve impactful results.

What drives and energizes me is straightforward - doing good work with good people. Whether it is the clients I work with or the organizations I work for, I seek to surround myself with talented people who are united by a common goal and committed to continuous improvement.

As a member of the executive leadership team, I drive organizational business goals and champion change across the company. My role involves ensuring that we meet our business objectives while remaining true to our core values.

People Management

Leading a team of 5 direct reports, including VPs, Directors, and Managers, along with overseeing 80+ indirect reports, I’ve implemented consistent management processes and operating procedures. My approach balances values-driven and results-oriented leadership, fostering individual growth and development.

Department Strategy & Gowth

I define department-level strategic initiatives that support our organizational goals. By establishing clear metrics and tracking progress, I ensure we not only achieve our business objectives but also evolve our disciplines and practices through these efforts.

Discipline & Practice Excellence

To ensure high-quality work, I put an emphasis on growing and evolving our practices. Through direct guidance and the establishment of supportive systems, I’ve cultivated an environment where a first-class design culture can not only thrive, but continually improve.

Department Operations

I lead and support various aspects of sales support, recruiting strategy and processes, resource allocation for project-based timelines with revenues exceeding $25M, and performance management. Leading an elite research and product team.
